Software offered in the shop is an original ArcaBit Sp. z o.o. product

1. ArcaBit on-line shop rules of purchase.

   When you enter the PURCHASE tab and select a product, the cost will be calculated automatically - please fill in a short registration form necessary to approve your order. Fields marked * are required for the order to be completed.

2. Order confirmation

   Placement of an order is confirmed with an automatically generated e-mail sent to the mailbox the user has specified. If it is necessary to clarify or complete information given in the order, a Shop Assistant will contact you by telephone or e-mail within 1 working day of the date of order placement.

3. Terms of delivery

   We supply the activation code at no additional cost!

   Shipment method - electronical.

   If the payment is: electronic (credit card, Internet transfer)

   • the activation code will be sent to the specified address by e-mail within 48h of the order.
   
   
4. Forms of payment

   To give full information about the cost of a purchase in the shop, both VAT exclusive and inclusive prices are specified (22% VAT). We reserve the right to change pricing. Amounts are given in Polish Zlotys (PLN).

   We suggest the following forms of payment for ordered goods:

   • On-line using a credit card: (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The payment is processed by e-Card using a secure 128 bit SSL connection. e-Card allows three authorisation attempts for a given order. We have no access to a customer’s card-related data!
     
     
   • On-line Internet bank transfer: (mTransfer, Inteligo, MultiTransfer, BZWBK 24, Nordea or BPH).
     
     
   • Postal collection order: you make the payment on reception of the goods.
     
     
   • Bank transfer: to the Apex System Sp. z o.o. account at Bank Millennium S.A. 54116022020000000023131034.

   If payment is made via bank transfer, the order will be fulfilled when the full amount is received in the bank account. If you want to speed up the procedure, you can send a confirmation of the transfer by fax to
   +48 (22) 826-40-12, +48 (22) 624-25-79. In special cases please contact shop personnel.
   
   Note: When making the payment, please specify the Internet order number in the title.

5. Document confirming the payment

   Every customer making a purchase in the shop will receive a VAT invoice. The purchase document is confirmation of legality of the purchased software, as well as for any guarantee or claim requests.

6. Order processing

   If you have any questions we suggest you obtain help from the sales personnel dedicated to servicing Internet shop customers. They will in each case help select products suiting your needs. They will also answer technical questions regarding goods in the shop and will provide information about order placement and processing. We hope that use of the ArcaBit Sp. z o.o.
